Recovery that walks with you.
Healing Nations Foundation is building a free daily recovery companion for veterans, active duty, National Guard and Reserve, and first responders. Support that fits your schedule, honors your story, and stays in your pocket.

The hardest part of recovery is showing up every day.
Especially on the days no one else is checking in. Formal help keeps business hours. Recovery does not. A companion in your pocket meets you where you are, on the schedule you actually have.
What the companion is built around
One simple app to help you show up for your recovery, connect with people who understand, and reach real help fast.
A daily rhythm
A short daily check-in and a guided practice that build the habit of showing up.
Peers who get it
Support alongside people who have walked the same road, organized so you meet with your own.
Grounded in your story
Culturally grounded healing that honors who you are and where you come from.
Help one tap away
The Veterans Crisis Line is always a tap away, any hour, no matter what.
The app is in active development. Join the early-access list to help shape it and be first to know when it launches.
Always free for those who served.
The companion is, and will remain, free for every veteran, active duty service member, and first responder. We sustain it through partnerships so cost is never the reason someone goes without support.

Who we are
Healing Nations Foundation is an Oregon nonprofit built by and for people who understand the weight veterans and first responders carry. We make daily recovery support accessible, culturally grounded, and always within reach.
Our founder is a military veteran in long-term recovery. Lived experience leads everything we do.
We are a wellness and peer-support organization, not a clinical provider. We do not diagnose or treat, and we connect you to professional help at every signal of risk.
