Healing Nations Foundation is an Oregon 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 39-5054760). This policy explains what this website, healingnationsfoundation.org, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the website and the ways you can give through it. The Recovery Companion app has its own app privacy policy.
Information you give us
Contact form: your name, email address and message.
For Courts form: your name, email address, court, agency or department, and what you tell us about your compliance requirements.
Android list: the links that offer to tell you when the app is on Android open a Microsoft Forms page. What you enter there is collected by Microsoft for us and is also covered by Microsoft's privacy statement. We use it to tell you when the app is on Android. If you joined our earlier early-access list, your entry is in the same list and is used the same way, and you can ask us to delete it.

Information collected automatically
Our website host, Squarespace, collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. It uses cookies to run the site, count visits and protect against misuse.
The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
Donations
When you give through PayPal Giving Fund, Benevity or Deed, that platform processes your gift and handles your personal and payment information under its own privacy policy. We never see your card or bank details. Depending on the platform and the choices you make there, we may receive your name, email address and the amount of your gift. We use that to thank you and to keep the records the law requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that help us run Healing Nations Foundation, such as Squarespace, Microsoft and the donation platforms above, and when the law requires it.

Only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires.

Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
